McDonald's Caringbah

If I could rate this lower than one star believe me I would. This is possibly the worst MacDonald’s in NSW. Always a 15 minute wait or more in drive through to only get the window and not receive what you have ordered nor what you receive be even remotely fresh. Chips cold, hash browns cold and food cold. The staff in this store ALL have NO IDEA what they are doing they act like they don’t understand English. No apologies for getting your order completely wrong after waiting 15 minutes and to just give you more cold chips. You don’t expect much from MacDonald’s as it is MacDonald’s but you do expect it to be fresh and not cold you expect the staff to be polite and kind not dismissive and rude. Behind the counter the store was filthy this maccas is repulsive and something needs to be done about this.
